1.  Lab/cart sign out

Kerri discussed the new sign out sheet and how it seems to be a better way to schedule the lab or carts.

Only email Haifa or Kerri with long term projects (anything more then 2-3 days) not for daily schedules.

All other scheduling needs to be done in the lab.

Disscussion followed on scheduling and how to make it better.

Check to make sure that you only sign up for the times that you need not for the whole day unless needed.

As of now we will just take requests for long term projects.

2.  No print day - April 22, 2009 to coincide with Earth day?

No print day is to make everyone  aware of the waste of paper and energy!!

A reminder will be sent out, and it will be discussed at the confernce day and at department level mtgs.

3.  Other

A discussion came up about where technology goals are taught. We discussed ways to integrate the technology but without someone actually responsible to teach it.
